Humber Bridge Trail Bridge Removal and Home Demolition
The project entailed removing the existing Arch Bridge over the Humber, constructing a cul-de-sac at the west approach of the existing bridge, and restoring the pavement of the Humber Bridge Trail.
It also involved planting trees and shrubs, implementing traffic control and signage, ensuring environmental protection, managing creek flow, conducting dewatering, installing temporary shoring, removing and replacing the asphalt and granular road structure, backfilling, covering, and installing rock protection.
Garden City Arena Demolition
The project involved the complete demolition of both arenas, Jack Gatecliff and Rex Stimers, along with all adjoining lobbies, office spaces, maintenance rooms, and other facilities within the property line boundaries. The demolition encompassed all building components and services, both above and below grade, as well as concrete and asphalt aprons extending around the buildings up to the property line limits. Additionally, the project included asbestos abatement, backfilling, and site grading.
University of Windsor Abatement and Demolition
The University of Windsor Abatement and Demolition project at Residence West entailed extensive asbestos and designated substances abatement, as well as interior demolition in a 10-story university building with a basement. The scope of work included comprehensive interior stripping, encompassing electrical, mechanical, pipe wrapping, and insulation removal throughout the building.
LNAPL Demolition and Remediation Project, Port Stanley, Ontario
This project involved the deconstruction of the sea wall, removal of contaminants, and extensive remediation of contaminated soil. Excavation in Port Stanley Harbour on both east and west end of the harbour. Demolition of sea wall and remediation of 25,000 tonnes of contaminated soil with water management and backfill. Meanwhile access was provided to adjacent beach and boardwalk to public during the whole project period.
